Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammatory macrophages model and intestinal-like Caco-2/macrophages co-culture inflammation model were established to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effect and underlying mechanism of Ganoderma atrum polysaccharides (PSG-1).
