Abstract
Titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2-NPs) were synthesized using the aqueous leaf extract of Aloe barbadensis as a reducing and fabricating agent. The biosynthesis of the TiO2-NPs was initially confirmed by UV-vis spectroscopy. Based on the HRTEM and FESEM analysis, the biosynthesized NPs were found to be polydispersed and predominantly spherical in shape, with an average size of ~20 nm.
