MicroRNAs plays important role in the development of myocardial infarction (MI). The aim of this study was to analyze whether miR-429 has effect on the process of autophagy in myocardial anoxia/reoxygenation (AR) or ischemia/reperfusion (IR) injury and explore the underlying mechanism.
