GREIN: An Interactive Web Platform for Re-analyzing GEO RNA-seq Data

The vast amount of RNA-seq data deposited in Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) and Sequence Read Archive (SRA) is still a grossly underutilized resource for biomedical research.
