Abstract
Mendelian Susceptibility to Mycobacterial Disease (MSMD) is a rare syndrome with infections—among other complications—after Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) vaccination in children. We focused on the IL-12/IFN-γ pathway to identify new mutations in our patients.
