Abstract
In this work, the effects of alkali treatment on the chemical composition and thermal decomposition of Acacia planifrons fibers were investigated. The fibers originating from the bark of an Acacia planifrons tree were alkali treated with various concentrations (2% and 5% w/v) for 30 min.
