Abstract
Extinction spectra of nanomaterial suspensions can be dominated by light scattering, hampering quantitative spectral analysis. No simple models exist for the wavelength-dependence of the scattering coefficients in suspensions of arbitrary-sized, high-aspect-ratio nanoparticles.
