Abstract
Chemotherapy protocols for childhood cancers are still problematic due to the high toxicity associated with chemotherapeutic agents and incorrect dosing regimens extrapolated from adults. Nanotechnology has demonstrated significant ability to reduce toxicity of anticancer compounds.
