Abstract
Double experimental designs, Plackett–Burman design coupled with Box–Behnken design, were used to optimize the simultaneous extraction process of arabinogalactan and taxifolin from Larix gmelinii by ultrasonic microwave synergistic extraction (UMSE) method.
