Abstract
Antimicrobial films based on distinct polymer matrices, poly (vinyl alcohol) (PVA) or poly (N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm), and silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) immobilized onto cellulose nanowhiskers (CWs) were successfully prepared by either casting or electrospinning.
