Abstract
Lupus nephritis (LN) is a kidney inflammatory disease caused by systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Both NF-κB activation and NLRP3 inflammasome activation are implicated in LN pathogenesis, suggesting they are potential targets for LN treatment.
