Electrochemiluminescent Imaging for Multi-immunoassay Sensitized by Dual DNA Amplification of Polymer Dot Signal
Abstract
A true-color electrochemiluminescent (ECL) imaging strategy was designed for a multi-immunoassay of proteins by coupling highly efficient polymer dots (Pdots) with dual DNA amplification.
