Abstract
Acquired haemophilia A (AHA) is a rare, serious bleeding disorder most often encountered in elderly patients. The mainstay of haemostatic management is with bypassing agents (BPAs) including recombinant activated factor VII (rFVIIa) and activated prothrombin complex concentrates (aPCCs).
