To describe the ultrasonographic appearance of fetal ventricular aneurysm.Ultrasound characteristics of two cases of prenatally diagnosed fetal ventricular aneurysm were reviewed.There was one case of left ventricular aneurysm diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound at 38 weeks of gestation.
