Abstract
Objective To explore the pathogenesis in oncogenecity of FIG-R0S fusion gene related with cholangiocarcinoma. Methods The stable cell lines expressed FIG-ROS were constructed and the transforming ability was studied both in vitro and in vivo. Results Both 3T3 cells and BaF3 cells that stably express FIG-ROS could be cultured in vitro without IL-3.
