Probable C4d-negative accelerated acute antibody-mediated rejection due to non-HLA antibodies

We report a case of probable C4d-negative accelerated acute antibody-mediated rejection due to non-HLA antibodies. A 44 year-old male was admitted to our hospital for a kidney transplant.
