Abstract
Structural mitral valve (MV) abnormalities are common in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). This is the first report demonstrating MV abnormalities in very young children as the sole overt clinical feature of a known HCM ‐causing sarcomere protein gene mutation.
