Abstract
A meta-analysis was conducted on all the double-blind, placebo-controlled efficacy trials of the antidepressant fluoxetine (Prozac). This drug has become the antidepressant most frequently prescribed by psychiatrists and has been hailed by the media as a "wonder drug."
