Abstract
A 2‐year‐old girl underwent transcatheter occlusion of a fistula. The fistula originated from the right coronary artery and drained into the right atrium. Three interlocking Gianturco coils were initially placed in the distal portion of the fistula resulting in near‐total occlusion of blood flow.
