Solid‐phase synthesis of trypsin inhibitor CMTI III from squash seeds (Cucurbita maxima)*

Using the solid‐phase procedure, a linear 29‐peptide with the reported sequence of trypsin inhibitor CMTI III was synthesized and oxidized to give three disulphide bridges.
