This study aimed to determine the incidence, risk factors, and prognostic significance of retropharyngeal lymph node (RPLN) metastasis from malignancies of the oropharynx. The study retrospectively analyzed 54 patients with oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma who underwent primary surgery-based treatment.
