Abstract
Dyslipidemia accelerates vascular complications of diabetes. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) analysis of lipoprotein subclasses is used to evaluate a mouse model of human familial hypercholesterolemia +/- streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetes.
