Abstract
Pancreatic undifferentiated (anaplastic) carcinoma contained two components: sarcomatous change of spindle-cell type and a neoplastic cyst. Immunohistochemical analysis suggested that both the sarcomatous and the cystic portions were of epithelial origin.
