Abstract
A distinct form of chronic pancreatitis occurring predominantly in and around the duodenal wall (near the minor papilla) has been reported under various names, including cystic dystrophy of heterotopic pancreas, pancreatic hamartoma of duodenum, para-duodenal wall cyst, myoadenomatosis, and groove pancreatitis.
