Self-healing congenital verruciform hyperkeratosis

We report on an apparently previously undescribed neonatal diffuse congenital hyperkeratosis with spontaneous improvement. The child, born to consanguinous parents, presented at birth with a verrucous hyperkeratosis involving face, trunk, and limbs, but sparing palms and soles.
