Kabuki make-up syndrome (KMS), also known as Niikawa-Kuroki syndrome, is a rare malformation complex characterized by a peculiar facies with long palpebral fissures and partially everted lower eyelid, mental retardation, dwarfism, and skeletal and dermatoglyphic abnormalities.
