Abstract
Intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) has been used to reduce the volume of small bowel irradiated in gynecology patients. We are currently exploring IMRT as a means of reducing the volume of pelvic bone marrow (BM) irradiated and thus the risk of hematologic toxicity in this patient group.
