Abstract
Capacitance-voltage and current-voltage characteristics of Au/n-type Si (n-Si) and Au/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) doped with poly(4-styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS)/n-Si Schottky diodes were investigated in this study.
