Abstract
An Acacia victoriae trypsin inhibitor (AvTI) was purified from the seeds of prickly wattle (A. victoriae Bentham) by salt precipitation, ion-exchange and gel filtration chromatography, and its degree of glycosylation, amino acid composition, and kinetic properties were determined.
