Primary Malignant Melanoma of the Female Urethra
Abstract
A case of primary urethral malignant melanoma of a 69-year-old Japanese woman is presented. A hemorrhagic tumor measuring 1 cm in diameter was diagnosed by the stamp method. Clinically, the primary lesion was a T4 tumor infiltrating to the bladder neck, vagina, and vulva. Computed tomography did not detect any inguinal lymph node swelling or metastases to other sites.
