Abstract
We determined the influence of the extent of needle biopsy sampling on the detection rate of cancer on first biopsy within 1 year following a diagnosis of HGPIN.We identified 791 patients with HGPIN on the initial biopsy who had a followup biopsy within 1 year of their diagnosis.
