Abstract
We report a case of acrokeratosis paraneoplastica (AP; Bazex syndrome), characterized by typical palmoplantar hyperkeratosis and psoriasiform scaly erythema of the acral regions, associated with primary cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) on the left lower leg.
