Abstract
Drug delivery mediated by hydrogel has shown great promise in controlled drug release field. We report here the development of a hydroxybutyl chitosan (HBC) thermo-sensitive gel to deliver doxorubicine hydrochloride (DOX·HCl) for cancer treatment.
