Abstract
The basic chemical characteristics of 22 quince (Cydonia oblonga Mill.) genotypes and cultivars were determined: dry matter content, soluble solid content, the contents of organic acids, pectins, and mineral elements (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, and sodium).
