The effects of complete fertilization, Mykovam and MykoPlus inoculation on the growth, dry matter yield, root-shoot ratio and roots of (Diospyrosblancoi A.DC) were studied using a two-factor factorial experiment in a randomized complete block design (RCBD). The two factors tested were: 1) bio- inoculants: Uninoculated (U), Mykovam (V), MykoPlus (K); and, 2) complete fertilizer (NPK): 0, 2.5 g. Six months of observation revealed that Mykovam significantly affected the height of Kamagong regardless of fertilization. Above ground biomass was significantly higher for plants fertilized with 2.5g NPK even without bioinoculation. Lastly, root infection was found to be higher on Mykovam + 2.5g NPK. MykoPlus application did not produce any significant result among the parameters observed. The result of the study agrees with the positive effects of Mykovam on height in previous related study and suggests the application of such in producing Kamagong planting materials.
