Abstract
Impurity segregation at the interface between β-Nb precipitates and α-Zr matrix in Zr-2.5 wt.%Nb alloy was investigated by complementary analysis with positron annihilation spectroscopy (PAS) and atom probe tomography (APT). Fe segregation and Fe-decorated defects were found at the interface.
