Abstract

Background

Sleep disordered breathing (SDB) is an umbrella term encompassing obstructive and central sleep apnoea. Overnight studies are used to confirm the diagnosis, however the minimum amount of artefact-free recording time (AFRT) required is yet to be determined in children.

Aim

To determine the impact of different lengths of AFRT on the diagnosis of SDB.
