Abstract
Network pharmacology was used to illuminate the targets and pathways of polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) causing thyroid dysfunction. A protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was constructed. Molecular docking was applied to analyze PBDEs and key targets according to the network pharmacology results.
