Abstract
A 32-year-old man had suspected pseudoxanthoma elasticum (PXE) because of the existence of yellow-white papules on his skin and angioid streaks. After a mutation of the ATP-binding cassette C6 (ABCC6) gene was found, we made a definitive diagnosis of PXE. We performed EGD to investigate the formation of GI aneurysms.
