Abstract
본 연구는 아동간호학실습에 참여한 간호대학생의 임상실습 만족도와 임상실습 자기효능감의 정도를 파악하고 이에 영향을 끼치는 요인을 탐색하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 G광역시에 소재한 간호학과에 재학 중인 3학년 학생 109명이며, 일반적 특성, 임상실습 만족도와 임상실습 자기효능감에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료수집은 2019년 3월부터 11월까지 이루어졌으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0 program을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, one way ANOVA,...
