Abstract
To evaluate the potential efficacy and mechanisms of nintedanib in corneal neovascularization (NV) in rabbit models.Corneal NV was induced using 1 mol/L NaOH. Rabbits (n=21) were randomized to 3 groups: Group 1 were treated with 0.9% NaCl, Group 2 with Avastin (5 mg/mL), and Group 3 with nintedanib (1 mg/mL).
