Abstract
Asymmetric four-point bend fracture (AFPBF) tests and three-point bend end-notched flexure (3ENF) tests were performed on groove-free and side-grooved samples of western hemlock, and the Mode II fracture critical stress intensity factor (KIIc) was obtained.
