Whistleblowing and the ‘Person-Situation’ Conundrum: What Matters More?

This article extends the knowledge on whistleblowing by studying the impact of two individual antecedents (moral foundations and personality traits) and two situational factors (ethical leadership and leader–member exchange) on whistleblowing intentions.
