Abstract
Coherent cuboidal precipitation of γ′ (Ni 3 Al) phases can significantly improve the high temperature properties of Cu–Ni–Al alloys, in which, substantial γ′ phases and a suitable lattice misfit degree between γ (Cu matrix) and γ′ phase ( δ γ-γ′ ) is necessary.
