Abstract
A series of gem-chlorosulfurization products bearing difluoromethyl substituents were synthesized in high to excellent yields directly from p-toluenesulfonyl difluorodiazoethane (TsCF2CHN2), disulfides and PhICl2 without any catalysts or additives.
