Abstract
We aimed to investigate the characteristics and prognosis of high risk hospitalized patients identified by the rapid response system (RRS). A multicentered retrospective cohort study was conducted from June 2019 to December 2020. The National Early Warning Score (NEWS) was used for RRS activation.
