Dendritic epithelial keratitis in primary herpes simplex infection

A 76-year-old man with a 3-day history of redness, itchiness and blurred vision in the right eye. Ocular examination of the right eye showed dendritic ulcers, limited to epithelium, on the surface of the cornea.
