Abstract
In this study, a high fuel utilization approach for polymer electrolyte fuel cells (PEFC) is proposed and studied experimentally. This approach uses an ultra-low hydrogen stoichiometry supply (i.e., ξa = 1.02) meanwhile sustaining stable cell performance.
