Abstract
Transition-metal dichalcogenides with intrinsic spin-valley degree of freedom have enabled great potentials for valleytronic and optoelectronic applications. However, the degree of valley polarization is usually low under nonresonant excitation at room temperature due to the phonon-assisted intervalley scattering.
