Hydroxysafflor yellow A from safflower (Carthamus tinctorius L.) prevents cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats

In this study we extracted hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA) from safflower and investigate its preventive effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury (CIRI) in rats.
